Okay, this probably seems like a dumb question, but I have to buy a new manual can opener at least once per year because they get rusted and stop working. Someone told me once that you are not supposed to wash can openers, just wipe them off or something so they don’t rust. Is that true, it doesn’t seem very sanitary?
