i got a itouch yesterday. and i realized that i dont need a 16 gb. and would nt mind getting a 8gb. n i would also want a warranty with my 8gb. if i get one. so will the store let me do that? and i already opened my ipod. so will they let me return it. and get a 8gb with a warranty?.. also is the warranty worth the money?

I was having trouble with my garage door and pulled the handle to release it so that I could open it manually. Now, I can’t figure out how to get it back to working with the electric opener. Does anyone know how to do this????

I have opened one at Fidelity a few years back, but I do not like them and want one through Vanguard. Can I just go ahead and open another one at Vanguard without touching the Fidelity one?

I have found out i have high blood pressure recently from a little gizmo my parents got. It read 140-160/80-95 and my pulse rate was always above 100 bpm (sometimes 101 and sometimes as high as 140), Each time i even get ready to do the test, i really get high anxiety and can feel myself burning up. IDK why but my family does not get this. This is one reason why i think my pulse rate is high. Also my nose is half blocked and this affects my breathing and might contribute to a high pulse rate. I had this half blocked nose for 1 year, i really almost forgot about it or ignored it. I got it after i was sick but usually my nose fully opens after that. Sometimes i actually forget to take a breath for a while, lol. Because i have to to work to breath from my nose and my mouth is closed most of the time. I also cannot take a breath as fast as i need to to keep up with my heart rate from my nose.

Also why is my Systolic pressure higher than the Diastolic pressure as looking at the BP chart?

I am 18 years old, male and i weight 67kg and am the normal height for my age. I do regular exercise but i do not have an athletic body.

I think it is my half blocked nose affecting something because i am certainly getting discomforted by it.
Can a "white coat" also cause a high BP? Coz i thought it doesn’t matter how high your pulse is, your BP would be the same.

Also anyone have a cause why my nose is half blocked when i am not sick? And how to cure it.
