This week on Instructables TV Tim Anderson opens a can with a knife. This is a very useful skill, because often there’s no can opener to be found. In fact, there were fifty years when cans HAD to be opened without a can opener. For more info check out the original instructable at www.instructables.com
It doesn’t cut from the side. It’s just a standard sunbeam one. It’s for a project at school. I need the attributes so that I can compare it to my electric one. Has to be five no less or more.
I did look up info on can openers. I also had to buy another can opener. If I could have figured it out all buy my self I wouldn’t have asked the question here.
I have to have 5 attributes of each can opener but I have to make the electric one sound better. I was having trouble thinking of attributes for a simple can opener. I have to compare the attributes for a class project. A demonstrate these attributes with the two can openers.
I’ve seen alot of people requesting an actual how to video of using the can opener of an SAK, so I thought I’d upload one. Edit- I realised post-upload that purple text wasn’t such a hot idea. Added annotions so it’s easier to read. Also contains 25% less grammatical errors.
This video shows you hot to use a can opener like the ones found on swiss army knives, I also show a strange fruit in this video, something I discovered just a few months back and I now love it!
